  • Abstract
This paper proposed a novel model to evaluate the service level of public transit in peak hour. The evaluation index are selected by using analytic hierarchy process, which includes travel time reliability, punctual arrival reliability, capacity reliability, driving skills of drivers, crowing level of vehicle, vehicle environment, and economical ticket price. The quantitative value of satisfaction degree can be obtained according to fuzzy theory. At last, the case studies are performed by two typical bus lines of Shenzhen and Beijing.
