Abstract
A brief background on development of radiothermometry as well as physical basics of the method are given. Comparison characteristics of Russia´s commercial radiothermometers as well as Ukraine´s industrial prototypes are provided. Results of development and medical tests of Ukraine´s radiothermometer with operating wavelength of 7.5 cm are given.
