Abstract
Vehicle´s lateral stability directly related to the safety of vehicle, the dynamic characteristics of pneumatic braking system directly impact vehicle´s lateral stability. In this paper, we modeled and analyzed pneumatic braking system, established vehicle dynamic model, adopt sliding model control theory, designed upper controller and lower controller, and carried out co-simulation on CarSim and Simulink co-simulation platform. The results show that the sliding model controller has good robustness, which can track the driver´s intention very well.
