Abstract
Participation of the public in fire situations is vital to reduce the loss of the community. However, due to the complexity and variability of the fire information, achieving this goal is quite a challenge. The ability of fire management plays a crucial role when a fire accident happens in a community. In this paper, we present community based fire ontology by researching different Sources such as emergency management guidelines, the community, ontology theory, which have taken into account the different concepts of the fire domain. We think that the proposed ontology addresses the information of the community-based fire management by providing the accessibility for the community.
