Research on method of village roads construction bidding

Open bidding is very popular during highway construction. As the end of highway, village roads construction has not been all adopted bidding management concept. And very few papers discuss the problems of village road construction bidding. Based on investigation and analysis of village roads experiences and measures in construction, the paper proposes three kinds of methods, i.e. bidding conditions and bidding documents, which are useful for village roads bidding process. Thus, this ensures project quality and promotes the development of rural highway.
