Abstract
Under the background that competition of enterprise has changed into the competition between supply chains, we studied the customer service competition of two-echelon supply chains that exists crossed structure, and compared service level and profit in three different scenario, which consist of uncoordinated scenario, coordinated scenario, and hybrid scenario. Finally, we discussed the influence of different parameters to service level decision of members in supply chains.
