Abstract
This paper investigates the necessary bandwidth for the instruments composing a measuring bench intended to linearize power amplifiers using adaptive digital predistortion. We show that the higher the bandwidth is, the better the predistortion is. Conversely, if the instruments bandwidth is not sufficiently large, the results with predistortion are worse than the results without linearization.
