  • Abstract
Highly conductive films are crucial for the development of flexible electronics which are necessary components of flexible display device. In this work, the ink-jet printed nanosilver films were prepared with a relatively low sheet electrical-resistance of 0.96 Omega/square after heat-treated at the temperature 200degC for 30 min. The conductive mechanism of the nanosilver films was studied under the observation of the microstructural evolution. It showed that the grown particle size, increased inter-particle contact area and desorption of the PVP layer were the three dominating factors responded to the conductivity of the nanosilver films.
