Abstract
High-tech virtual enterprise is a new enterprise network organization with international economy integration and knowledge economy dynamic development. According to the enterprise decision environment change, negotiation conception and mode would be increasingly updated and deepened, those require intelligence decision method and network development technology to be mutually combined. This paper analyses INSS operation process for high-tech virtual enterprise under C/S framework, provides INSS problem processing mechanism and function structure, and then establishes multi-agent collaboration manner. From the management characteristics for negotiation decision mode of high-tech virtual enterprise, INSS conflict resolution schemes and strategies are correspondingly presented. Therefore, the research could effectively improve colony negotiation efficiency and benefit, provide excellent service guarantee for coalition project successful accomplishment.
