Evolutions and Value Analysis of "Hangzhou Mode" Operation Solution of Digital Television

At present, overall transformation of digital television has already become an important task during the development of state digital television. Both the Government and digital TV operators pay special attention to maintaining a balanced development between ordinary public service and commercial paid service, and exploring a development path for digital television industry that adapts to Chinese circumstances, including the structure of property rights, industrial platform and operation mode. This paper bases on present industrial background of overall transformation of digital television, and regards "Hangzhou Mode" digital television as its sample, which is of great exploring significance. This article starts from industry road, operating system, industrial platform, technical platform and operation solution of digital TV, discusses the way to establish effective operation mode of digital TV, and thus provides some references for promoting industrialized and large-scale development of digital TV.
