Study on integration model of the internal supply chain

Along with the changes of economic form, enterprises face with increasing pressures of cost and competition. Integrating the internal supply chain is important to improve the operation efficiency. The two typical integration models of supply chain are based on information technology and BPR thought, but both of them have problems in practice. By analyzing the typical models, this paper puts forward an integration model of supply chain based on market chain and provides the procedures of building the market chain.
