Abstract
As the core issue of HRM, human resource allocation is both the start and the end of HRM, It includes quantity deployment, quality deployment and structural deployment. Optimization of the structure of human resources is very important when there is a setting number of a human resources quantity. This paper mainly studies the optimization of the structure of human resources from the angle of contribution of professional type´s value. The human resource´s structure optimization is mainly used for balancing the proportional relationship of various professional categories in the enterprise. It can enhance the enterprise´s overall achievements by balancing professional ability of various professional categories.
