Empirical Analysis of Chinese Urban Residential Micro-Location

According to problems in the research of Chinese urban residential´s micro-location, for example lacking the research in selection of urban residential´s micro-location of different groups which have different income level and lacking research in the method which can be used in appraising the residential´s micro-location, etc, in the first this paper finds out the factor which influence the residential´s micro-location, second proposes the index system which can be used to evaluate urban residential´s micro-location. In this paper AHP and entropy method is integrated in order to appraise the micro-location of Chinese urban residential, and provide the procedure. And then take a residence in Tianjin as a concrete example and analysis the micro-location of the residential. This paper wants to give some academic references in order to help Chinese urban residentials to have reasonable layout and help Chinese real-estate sector to have a sustainable development.
