  • Abstract
This paper proposes a new approach to measure the frequency, amplitude and angle of the fundamental signal in the power system, which is based on the generalized morphological algorithm, the morphology has successfully been applied in the estimation of harmonics, which is improved in the paper for phasor measurement. Firstly, using the synchronous transformation to change the fundamental signal into DC component, then, utilizing the former measured value to make iteration for the new calculated value which is obtained according to the presented formulas and closer to the real phasor gradually, at last, the results of simulation show that the extraction of the fundamental signal are accomplished effectively, and confirm the feasibility and high accuracy of this algorithm, moreover, the whole measurement is very simple in the simulation.
