  • Abstract
    Three main problem of high resolution spotlight SAR have been evaluated: constraints of system parameter on the swath which can be focused, the evaluation of various focusing algorithm to face the main problem of a limited Depth of Field for usual focusing algorithms, the relation between focusing algorithms and real time operation. Different algorithms are treated in a unifying theoretical way to make differences and similarities to appear evident, as their optimality relative to particular radar trajectory.
