Abstract
We report our latest experimental results of the half-wave coupled rectangular ring-FP laser. Single-electrode-controlled wavelength switching over 14 channels with 200GHz spacing is demonstrated with side-mode-suppression-ratio (SMSR) up to 37dB. And the total device size is only 0.5×0.4 mm2.
