  • Abstract
    According to the accurately synchronous technical requirement of fiber spinning multi-motor system, this paper presents a Fuzzy-PID control method which is established on the basis of deviation compensation principle. Master-slave control strategy is also presented in this paper. In the system, programming and debugging by using SIMENS s7-200PLC, designing the deviation compensation controller in the PLC. And PROFIBUS technology is applied to communication in the multimotor drive system. To compare the Fuzzy-PID control method with the traditional PID control method, the experimental results are given to show the excellent performance of Fuzzy-PID control method.
