  • Abstract
In this research and development, 3-channel surface electromyography(SEMG) signals are acquired from the amputee stump, then, the signal power spectrums is applied for classifying hand motions pattern. The signal processing and controlling circuit which takes Single Chip Microcomputer (SCM) as core processor accomplishes the bionic real-time control of two degree of freedom electric prosthetic hand. The experimental results indicate that the two degree of freedom electric prosthetic hand which based on SEMG signals has a fast response, reliable motions, good manipulation and ideal recognition.
