Abstract
Presents a two-phase parallel computing algorithm for the solution of implementable receding horizon control for constrained nonlinear systems. The phase 1 algorithm deals with a feasibility problem for finding an approximate open-loop admissible control and horizon pair. The phase 2 algorithm successively improves the admissible control to obtain an implementable open-loop receding horizon control solution. A simulation example is given to demonstrate the validity of the algorithm
