Abstract
In this paper we consider in detail the pole assignability by periodic feedback of a periodic SISO system of order 2. It is shown that for almost all periodic SISO systems of order 2 and of period 3, exact pole assignability by 3-periodic output feedback is possible. It is shown how systems with period different from 3 can be handled. We notice that exact pole assignability is achieved. In conclusion we mention that the approach can be extended to higher order systems
