  • Abstract
    In this paper, we first define interpersonal trust and human capital accumulation, and analyze the promotion mechanism of interpersonal trust to human capital accumulation theoretically, and put forward the hypothesis that interpersonal trust promotes accumulation of human capital by the increase of the stocks and quality of human capital. In empirical analysis, we select data on interpersonal trust levels, education levels, openness, fertility rate, population density and GDP per capita of 50 typical countries in the world, and verify the hypothesis that interpersonal trust promotes human capital accumulation, and we make some suggestions to the our country according to the conclusion.
