  • Abstract
    On the basis of ecological system theory, this paper constructs the risk management system of large-scale transportation construction projects, studies the systematic characteristics, life-cycle characteristics, dynamic characteristics, organic characteristics and multi-factors, as well as the multi-level complex relevant features of project risk management system, analyzes and applies the ecological factor theory, niche theory, ecological matching theory and ecological regulation theory to the construction of project risk analysis sub system, project risk evaluation sub-system, project risk prior-alarming sub-system, project risk responding sub-system separately, and fulfills the comprehensive project risk management system based on ecological theory sequent, at last the feasible and actual technical route is given in this paper.
