After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

With globalization, more and more corporations do business in cross-cultural contexts. Cultural diversity brings more uncertainty and becomes a main risk factor in multicultural interaction. Identification of cross-cultural risk which is the first step to assess and control the cross-cultural risk shows special significance for modern corporations. Cross-cultural risk is elaborated and the process and factors of cross-cultural risk identification is discussed. Then hazards of cross-cultural risk, perils of cross-cultural risk and loss associated with cross-cultural risk are analyzed separately. Furthermore, the types and representations of cross-cultural risks are put forward.
