  • Abstract
A 3000 Nm3/h pilot flue gas desulfurization experiment system by ammonia scrubbing was established in a 35 t/h circulating fluidized bed (CFB) power plant in Zhejiang Province. Experiment results showed that the desulfurization efficiency was above 90%, and SO2 emission concentration satisfied the environment emission standard of China. Also, the byproduct of desulfurization, aqueous ammonium bisulfite, can be utilized as middle chemical materials and its quality was eligible to concerning chemical industry standard of China. The technological process of the flue gas ammonia scrubbing not only has high desulfurization efficiency but also recycles the valuable sulfur resources without secondary pollution.
