  • Abstract
    In this paper, the cellular neural networks with time-varying delays and impulses are considered, the sufficient conditions for the existence and globally exponential stability of a unique equilibrium point are established by applying idea of vector Lyapunov function, Young inequality and Halanay differential inequality with delay.
