  • Abstract
    With the idea "evolution", this article will define information integration as a logical connection from the three dimensions of technology, economy and institution. Some main concepts of evolutionary economics are used to analyze the contents on diversification and complexity which are induced in the process of information connection. As some kind of knowledge, the information is taken as certain routine caused by emergence and self-organization of multi-level information connection. We imply there is a conflict between the integration and complexity of information, and the diversified boundary of a firm will be generated from it to conquer this question. A model of governance based on evolutionary economics is put forward.
