NaXi Pictographs Network Information Processing Based on WEFT

Naxi pictograph is a Tibeto-Burman, and it is the only pictograph in use nowadays. The traditional national minority language network information processing downloads through the ActiveX technology the typeface as the card the client side, after the installment only then can browse normally contains the national minority language homepage, this mode efficiency low also takes the massive networks resource. This paper proposes the network information processing technique of Naxi pictograph based on the WEFT. Naxi pictograph´s WEFT technique is used to create the EOT fonts database. Then these fonts are embeded on the Web page by CSS2. Web pages created by this method are conveniently browsed by any clients without installation of Naxi pictographic fonts. It can significantly improve the spread of Naxi culture.
