Abstract
This paper designed and established a full-featured bio-paleogeography information system of paleontology, and input the existing fossils´ data of the Late Triassic bivalve in Tibetan area. An analysis module based on ArcGIS Engine was developed, which tried to use the ecological attributes of paleontology as a new method of quantitative analysis to reconstruct paleogeography.
