Abstract
This paper studies the stable equilibrium problems in staffs knowledge sharing in enterprise using the method of evolutionary game theory. Through setting up the evolutionary game model of staffs knowledge sharing, it analyzes the relationships between the staffs learning costs, knowledge sharing benefits as well as stable equilibrium. The analysis indicates that, it´s key to build a motivating and restraining mechanism that in favor of encouraging staff to share knowledge, including enhancing the mutual trust between staff, complimenting knowledge sharing behaviors, increasing the costs of opposite behaviors, and so on.
