Abstract
Organizational intelligence is an important index for evaluating the competitiveness of organizations which is not only the carrier of innovation ability, but also plays the great promotion role of organization´s innovation ability. Departing from the development of organizational intelligence, the concept and characteristics of organizational intelligence are defined and analyzed, and the measuring index system of organizational intelligence is put forward that includes human resources, knowledge management, internal environment of organizations, resources operation, and external supporting factors. The measuring model of organizational intelligence is established on the basis of the entropy theory. All these can offer the references of decision-making for appraising and developing organizational intelligence.
