Research on the model of teachers knowledge sharing platform based on knowledge management

Knowledge management focuses on the process of knowledge creation, this paper try to make the knowledge creation process more rational and effective via a variety of management means, including the improvement of management systems, information systems, and the effective incentive mechanism. A sharing platform which building by spirit and essence of knowledge management, led to explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge of teachers exchange and knowledge innovation by means of information, in order to achieve innovation in traditional education, promote educational reform, enhance the teaching quality and create a more advantage competitive environments for teachers.
