Abstract
As wireless technology matures, industry control network has been gradually entering the wireless era. In this paper, it mainly talks about the key technologies of applying 3G network into industrial applications. In the meanwhile, it gives a analyses about the feasibility of 3G network, and makes a discussion on the access point technology of 3G network. In order to explain the redundancy communication network and device data integration technology, this paper gives the detailed steps of designing and implementing a supervisory system. Data and message transmission is used for as redundancy communication and OPC is used as data integration technology. More, the supervisory system takes the gateway-technology for the access point of 3G network. At the end, this paper will give a experiment which the supervisory system interconnects with the WIA network and PROFIBUS network, the result shows that the supervisory system work stabile and reliably.
