Abstract

In modern knowledge economies, knowledge alliance (KA) on the purpose of knowledge study and innovation necessarily build up an efficient, reliable information resources system to utilize information resources more availably. This article starts from the analysis of the characteristics of enterprise information resources (EIR) based on the knowledge alliance, putting forward the demands of the constitution of its enterprise information resources system (EIRS) and conduct the functional design and the system logical design.
