Abstract
Presents a refraction angle measurement method of the Earth´s atmosphere. The method is based on the relationship between the effects of the absolute angular displacement and the diffraction field amplitude of UHF signals from an artificial satellite as it sets over the raised horizon of mountainous or rugged terrain.
