Research on the “SHAN ZHAI” mobile telephone and the intellectual property rights strategies of the developing countries

“SHAN ZHAI” mobile telephone and the series “SHAN ZHAI” phenomena cause strong concerns in many fields. The problems of intellectual property rights management strategy and the national intellectual property rights system it occurs should be seriously considered and solved in time. This thesis analyses the conception and characteristics and origin of the “SHAN ZHAI” mobile telephone, together with the intellectual property rights problems it brings about, and presents the intellectual property rights strategy that China should take, as an emerging technology follower, under the national strategy of constructing the innovative country, to the “SHAN ZHAI” mobile telephone.
