  • Abstract
    Under the market economy condition enterprises´ existence and development depends on competitive advantage, however technical innovation ability is the fundamental supports and decisive factors of competitive advantage, the modern enterprises´ existence and development depend on the knowledge and technology´s innovation and application more than before. But promoting technological innovation must establish on the basis of accurate analysis and evaluation for technological innovation capability, the evaluation of technological innovation capability seems particularly important. In this paper based on the mark system of enterprise technical innovation and fuzzy set theory, according to the established evaluation index system of technical innovation ability, we use the fuzzy TOPSIS method to evaluate enterprises´ technical innovation ability, some valuable information is acquired.
