  • Abstract
In 1998, the concept of “digital earth”, is the ideal goal of “the earth is loaded into the computer”, unity with digital means to deal with the problems of earth, unity and coherence, in order to maximize the use of information resources. With Google Earth as a representative of the new generation digital Earth technology rapid development and wide application, so we have to rethink the “digital China” technical architecture and the development status and gain enlightenment and new knowledge. This article aims to “digital China” from the Angle that G/S mode, the basic connotation, system framework and realize G/S mode, and points out that the concept of spatial information network access will realize from the current C/S and B/S structure to new G/S structure of the cross.
