After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

The globalization of business and the increase in competitive pressures have prompted many firms to develop logistics for reducing cost. To fully satisfy the increasing requirements of customers for one-stop services, many logistics service providers (LSPs) have taken initiatives to broaden the scope of their services , Based on surveyed ,we found out industry firms hope the third party logistics(3PL) to provide integrated logistics services.
