Abstract
Intensified globalization and consequent competitive pressures have reemphasized the importance of third party logistics (3PL). supply chain management (SCM) and intelligent system(IS) support logistics management system, The proposed knowledge-based logistics management system ( K-LMS ) is a hybrid integration of knowledge processing modules: a mathematical algorithm for calculating ,the capability value of customers´ suppliers. In order to improve the quality of decision making, this paper proposes a knowledge-based logistics management system (K-LMS) to support logistics managers with the provision of the most satisfactory results in distribution plan .
