Abstract
Under high-tech conditions, cooperative air defense is becoming a major mode of fleet air defense operations for the modern naval warfare. Referring to the key issue of how to achieve effective cooperation in the process of fleet cooperative air defense decision-making, this paper, in accordance with the characteristics of the fleet cooperative air defense operation, proposes the multi-agent planning method basing on “central control”. This paper includes the definitions and algorithms of the method, and builds relative agent planning action models. This method can effectively achieve cooperation and coordination among ships of a fleet in cooperative air defense operations and lay the foundations for fleet cooperative air defense capability.
