Abstract
In this paper the radiation of an electric dipole in proximity of a wall and a ground plane is investigated. The numerical method is valid for near and far regions from the wall. Basically, the Sommerfeld type integral equations are solved numerically using Filon Quadrature technique. For different parameters, frequency, observation points, dipole orientation and height from the ground plane simulations are carried out and maximum/minimum penetration through the wall is studied.
