Abstract
The paper analyzes the interaction between knowledge management and multiple factors, i.e. information technology, human and technological innovation, based on the characteristics of enterprise knowledge management. The paper comprehensively researches the knowledge-based, human-oriented knowledge management that relies on information technology as the carrier and interprets reasons, intension, category and the development trend for the formation of the three theories. The paper also clarifies that knowledge management is not equal to information technology but information technology is a necessity in order to realize knowledge management, and people play a critical role in knowledge management.
