Abstract
This paper presents a powerful computer tool able to place and analyze antennas attached on electrically large platforms such as aircrafts, ships, vehicles, etc. A full-wave analysis using the Moment Method (MM) is carried out to compute the current distribution on the parametric surfaces that model the whole structure. A new meshing procedure has been also developed to homogeneously discretize the geometry under analysis before applying the MM. Some results are shown to evaluate the performance of the developed tool.
