At last, governmental intervention can prevent opportunistic behaviors of individual companies, and make companies believe when choosing strategy that if they don´t choose GSCM they will be punished, as well as estimate that other companies will choose GSCM, so that they change their strategy choices and avoid adverse choice, which can help building the green product market and sustainable development of the society.
