  • Abstract
    This paper describes a new general approach for the control of the spurious resonance of distributed band-pass filter. It consists in integrating directly a low-pass structure in the different elements (stubs, ¿g/4 inverters or coupled transmission lines) of the band-pass filter. The method is illustrated in different cases. A microstrip shunt shorted stubs filter, a microstrip and a coplanar interdigital filter are presented.
