Abstract
Using the worked out experimental bench we study the temperature and concentration dependencies of real ε\´ and imaginary ε" parts of complex dielectric permittivity of distillated water and a series of mono- and poly-electrolytic systems at a frequency of 47.7 GHz an in a temperature interval of 271-353 K. The systematic errors of determination of values of ε\´ and ε" do not exceed 0.5 % and 0.8 %, respectively. All the objects studied showed the relaxation nature of microwave scattering at 47.7 GHz. The calculation of radio brightness contrasts of distillated water and aqueous electrolytic systems is performed.
