  • Abstract
    A new Gordon-Haus limit of a soliton-based system with lumped amplifiers and guiding-frequency filters is discussed. The exact bit error rate expression of such system considering the combined effects of the timing jitter and the energy jitter is presented. Some numerical results are given.<>
