Abstract
While the pace of deregulation at the retail level in the United States and Canada has slowed, major changes that affect large electricity users are continuing at the wholesale level. Cement manufacturers need new strategies and tools to successfully manage market risks. This presentation will discuss ways to control and reduce costs in increasingly volatile electricity markets.
