Research on Management Complexity in Supply Chain Problems Based on DEMATEL

Supply chain management involves coordinating and integrating within and among companies and often has the characteristic of complex systems. By virtue of DEMATEL, we identify the direct and indirect relationship in supply chain problems and recognize the core issues inducing system complexity addition. At last we point out that in order to improve the management in supply chain, we should begin with manpower training, information transmission and lead-time reduction which represent the vast majority of problems in supply chain.
