Abstract
In Multi-satellite reconnaissance and surveillance system (MSRSS), How to organize various satellites and their sensors to meet various complex reconnaissance and surveillance missions and how to optimize the utilization of these resources are the highly complex and key questions. To solve the problem, a two-level framework via particle swarm optimization (PSO) and contract-based agent negotiation is presented to solve dynamic Resource organization and optimization for Multi-satellite reconnaissance and surveillance system. A centralized optimization model on the upper level, and a distributed agent-negotiation model on the lower level are given respectively.
